After the show, a group of us stood outside the green room in hopes that we would all get the chance to meet John. Bo Ramsey and Pieta Brown exit the room and couple more folks are let in... "Jo Jo" the leather clad long haired biker looking guy has all sorts of autographs on his guitar along with a fresh Jason Wilber and Dave Jacques.
They are all hoping to add Prine's to the collection |

| At
this time - we are led as a whole group of about 20 to a large
room downstairs. Chairs are put into a circle and Jo Jo gets
this group to "show us what you got" He hands his
guitar to Kenna, and she breaks into a Prine song with so much
heart and soul... since her heart and soul got stomped on just
minutes before, she did her renditions like |

| My little and big girls - I gotta tell you, it's
wayyyyy more fun going to a concert with two beautiful young
girls - doors just open, rooms keys just appear, drinks make
themselves and parties abound. "yeah, you can bring your
mom, too" |

| This guy was really lit about the whole concert,
got himself the new Oh Boy Prine Album tee shirt and and autograph...
along with several poses with the man himself just for good
measure. |

| Signing the guitars - it was fun watching these
musicians claim their prize. |

| Group shots, and one witht he guy who was clever
enough to snag the Civic Center's ad for Prine from the lobby. |

| Fellow Iowans... all caught without a camera.

| Kenna "POAS" was so excited to
just go to the concert - she couldn't sit still...little did
she know that her mother "likes2grow" gave her a prized
(although brief) backstage pass.... She thanked him for making
her dream come true and then blubbered into a bubbling broken
hearted giggling bunch of wet. So much emotion in
one night - If John only knew what she had gone through to get
to that moment. |

| I just wanted to say thank you for coming to Des
Moines... and thank you for playing so many places around the
Quad Cities. You had my daughters doing all those things that
your fans do at concerts, hoop, holler, cry, giggle, stand up
and cheer, and stare off into space for a few moments. |
